The Burnham Week regatta, over the Bank Holiday Weekend, is normally two weeks before the Phantom Nationals, but this year’s being only half a week away and with the forecast looking fresh to frightening, it is understandable the fleet looked so depleted.
However, Mark (Sprucey) Spruce wanted a tune up before the nationals and two of Creeksea’s finest were happy to oblige.
